Pick Your Part - Orlando

The cashier 3375 is very rude. I told him I want to know the price of headlights for Toyota highlander 2008, he told me it’s different from car to car and I need to take a picture for that car. I told him I’m telling the make, model and year what else he wants. But his response wasn’t good he made me like l’m a deaf person not hearing him.

just as another reviewer said their phone number only serves to tell you about the website and then hang up.. they ask about area code which shouldn't matter if for example i have a Texas number but need parts in Florida... like how am i supposed to know all the different zip codes for your locations... then there isn't an actual office number you can call since all the Web site shows is that their is a car on the property and that's it... nothing about part availability or pricing as they say... and then they don't even explain on the website how the process works for them...i know companies name is pick and pull but you mentioned you have parts inventory on site so i assumed you could at least have more info,. ...i have no car to move around as im searching around so i cant walk 70 miles just to find out more info... I called like 25 different salvage/car yards and they all answered and helped me out... seeing as this is the second successful attempt at finding the car at least being there I don't see how it is helpful...i bet you the company is going to respond to me saying something doing the lines of " you can view our inventory online on your personal computer" .. like why would you assume i have a PC or even a smart phone... what if it's my grandpa calling and he has a flip phone..... not helpful

Over 12 years going almost weekly to this yard to sell and as a parts buyer and always felt at home with nice people , good inventory ,good assortment , lately prices have gone up, still understandable but today got treated very rudely by a newbie at the register with an attitude because of his mistake not putting the vin on the receipt (something already done rutinely by them ) , when I said to him he forgot to put the vin on the receipt he just said "Too late now" so I had to tell him not is not because as a matter of fact your corporation now keeps inventory of parts on cars that way even using labels.. so he tells me "Then you will have to wait.." not wanting to admit his mistake and just arguing with me, Long story short after his co worker helped him correct and reprint I said, Thank you sir, not getting a welcome I said it for him and he just said" YOU'RE NOT WELCOME".. I just could not believe his attitude towards a customer that has dealt with everybody from his managers to all other employees and never having such disrespectful treatment out of his ego... This feedback is specifically for this individual and not for the corporation but maybe by these means someone will pay attention to Customer care and put him on the prep section of the yard not with customers.
